- The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency's North Dakota State Office in New Rockford, North Dakota, is interested in leasing 5,200 net usable square feet of first class, high quality office space together with 30 on-site parking spaces for a term of 10 years with one 5 year renewal option. To be considered, office location must be within 1 mile of City Limits of Steele on the North, within 1 mile of City Limits of Steele on the East, within 1 mile of City Limits of Steele on the South, and within 1 mile of City Limits of Steele on the West. Preference will be given to first floor space. Occupancy is required by September 30, 2016. Written notice of availability of space and expression of interest must be submitted by 5:00 P.M.
