- Wanted to Lease by USDA The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency's North Dakota State Office in Bowman, North Dakota, is interested in leasing 4,100 net usable square feet of first class, high quality office space together with 29 on-site parking spaces for a term of 10 years with one 5 year renewal option. To be considered, office location must be within the boundaries of 1 mile of city limits on the on the North, 1 mile of city limits on the East, 1 mile of city limits on the on the South, and 1 mile of city limits on the on the West. Preference will be given to first floor space. Occupancy is required by September 30, 2016. Written notice of availability of space and expression of interest must be submitted by 4:00 P.M.
