- Synopsis will be as follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-15-T-0128 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after August 21.2015. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice 20150803. DPAS Rating is DO-C9E. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332312 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit offers. Required Item and Descriptions are as follows. ITEM NO 0001: Mobile Observation Tower ITEM NO 0002: Mounted Spot Lights/Search Lights (Pair) ITEM NO 0003: Public Address System ITEM NO 0004: Corrosion Treatment The Government may make a single award to a responsible Offeror which is the most advantageous to the Government on the basis of a Lowest Price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation process. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted offer. The solicitation (Request for Quotation), when released, will be available electronically at the following web sites https://www.neco.navy.mil and/or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ under solicitation M67400-15-T-0128. The solicitation also may be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed. Offers must be received no later than 10:00AM, Japan Standard Time (JST) on the solicitation closing date.
