- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) Consulting Services for 16 months (Quantity - 1 lot). This requirement is sole sourced to: Act Too Consulting, Inc., 917 W. Inyokern Rd #C, Ridgecrest, CA 93555 due to unique capability as the only vendor able to provide support that continues the current strategic learning projects underway at NAWC-WD by Act Too Consulting, Inc. This consulting service is building upon the best pactices of Learning as Leadership (LaL), the Four Conversations, narrative research using the Congnitive Edge (Complexity), High Performance Organization (HPO), and CMMI process improvement and research of previous support. Act Too Consulting, Inc. is experienced in these tools and has collaborative working agreements with the vendors who own the proprietary rights for LaL, and Cognitive Edge methodologies. Act Too Consulting, Inc. has extensive knowledge of the NAWCWD integrated Product Team (IPT) and Competency Aligned Organization (CAO) organization presurred, dynamics, work culture strategies and structures. They have provided development services to the organization and have an understanding of the current team leadership, structure, interfaces and stakeholder relationships. Any firms believing that they can provide the materials may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the item without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Written responses shall be submitted by e-mail to the point(s) of contact listed below or mailed to the Contracting Office Address listed below no later than 05 days from this notice date.
