- Description
- This is an open market acquisition for Physical Therapist Assistant Services for the Keesler Medical Center located at Keesler Air Force Base, MS. The period of performance for this contract is expected to be 15 Sep 2015 - 14 Sep 2016 with options to extend for an additional 18 months. The proposed acquisition is set-aside for small businesses. The anticipated date the solicitation will be posted to http://www.fedbizopps.gov is 24 Aug 2015. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 622110 and the small business standard is $38.5 million. The government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as result of the solicitation. The solicitation may be downloaded from FedBizOpps, since copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. All prospective offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of contract with any DoD agency. Registration may be accomplished at https://www.sam.gov/. It is the potential offerors responsibility to monitor the website for any postings and/or solicitation changes, amendments and closing date. No paper copies will be available and no electronic or verbal responses (proposals) will be accepted. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to the solicitation by delivering a hard copy of a signed proposal with signed amendments (if any) by the posted response date and time.
