- The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Department of Interior, Las Cruces District Office in New Mexico is soliciting a 100% sole source small business set-aside requirement to Biomark for bat taggomg equipment as described in Section B of this solicitation and delivered to the BLM Las Cruces District Office.; NAICS Code 541712 shall apply to this requirement. The requested products shall work existing Biomark bat tagging equipment/systems in place. All questions shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer, John P. McLaughlin, at jpmclaughlin@blm.gov; questions will not be accepted via telephone. In addition, questions will not be accepted after 25 August 2015 at 5PM MST and an amendment will be made after this date answering all vendor submitted question(s) if any are submitted. This requirement is being solicited as a combined synopsis-solicitation and the BLM estimates a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract award around the beginning of September 2015. All responsible contractors other than Biomark may submit a capability statement and/or quotation which shall be considered by the agency to John P. McLaughlin, by email (preferred) to jpmclaughlin@blm.gov, telephone (575) 525-4400, fax (575) 525-4390, or mail to The Bureau of Land Management, Las Cruces District Office, 1800 Marquess Street, Las Cruces, NM 88005. The submitted quote shall show how the offered product can work with Biomark products and be technically acceptable by the BLM.
