Description

SOLICITATION CREDIT RELEASE PAST PERFROMANCE FORM ACH FORM SPECIFICATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is CT2194-15 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83. The North American Industry Classification System code is 313210, Broadwoven Fabric Mills. This requirement is unrestricted. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a one (1) year base period with two (2) one-year options if exercised, firm-fixed-price, requirements type contract for the following commercial item(s): Poly Micro Denier with Sand Washed Finish. MATERIAL MUST BE BERRY AMENDMENT COMPLIANT.
