- Letter of Intent to Award to QRC, Inc for the ICS-500 system Synopsis/Letter on Intent 25 August 2015 ICS-500 The 9th Contracting Squadron of Beale Air Force Base, California INTENDS TO MAKE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD to QRC, Inc. for the ICS-500-cellular survey mapping tool. (i) This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 5.2 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. (ii) This synopsis reference number is the solicitation number: FA4686-15-Q-0015. (iv) The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334220. The Standard Industry Code (SIC) is 3679 and the Product Service Code (PSC) is 5895. This requirement shall be a small business set-aside. The size standard as described by the U.S. Small Business Administration for this procurement is 750 employees. Small Business determination and tax identification numbers shall be submitted with quotes. (v) The United States Air Force, 9th Contracting Squadron, Beale AFB, California, intends to award a commodity contract In Accordance With (IAW) the corresponding QRC items. See below for the Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) structure for a full list of items, quantities, and units of measure. Interested parties are invited to submit information concerning their capabilities, experience, and data pertinent to their ability to provide the same equipment that meet this requirement no later than 4 September 2015 at 3:00 pm Pacific Standard Time. Written responses must provide clear and concise documentation indicating your firm's capability to provide information submitted. Respondents will not be notified of the results of an evaluation of the information received. No contract award will be made on the basis of responses received; however, this information will be used in the Contracting Officer's assessment of capable sources.
