Description

This is an Annual Synopsis of Repair Basic Ordering Agreement(BOA) N00104-12-G-A008 with Carver Pump Co. and serves as the presolicitation synopsis notice for all repair orders issued by NAVSUP WSS-Mechanicsburg for the period of 24 Aug 15 thru 24 Aug 16 evaluation and repair of various repair components of the Pump System manufactured and repaired by Carver Pump Co. Several major items to be repaired include: NSN 7HH 4320-01-288-7250 PUMP UNIT,CENTRIFUG P/N D-07N-0-98-019 NSN 7HH 4320-01-323-7242 PUMP UNIT,CENTRIFUG P/N D-04N-0-98-027 NSN 7HH 4320-01-534-5898 PUMP UNIT,CENTRIFUG P/N 6X4-10 NSN 7HH 4320-01-283-5842 PUMP UNIT,CENTRIFUG P/N D-08N-0-98-025 NSN 7HH 4320-01-312-4082 PUMP UNIT,CENTRIFUG P/N D-09N-0-98-045 NSN 7HH 4320-00-451-1273 PP PUMP UNIT,CENTRIFUG P/N AB294-0561-00 However, individual orders may be issued for any sole source item of repair under this Pump System. A complete list of potential repairable items for which orders may be placed can be obtained upon request from the below cited point of contract. Individual orders exceeding $25,000.00 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR Subpart 5.3. A complete list of items and forecasted quantities can be obtained upon request. Orders issued under the Basic Ordering Agreement and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) because the Government does not currently possess data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVSUP solicitation language identified as LA27LN, Alternate Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
