This sources sought synopsis is issued in accordance with FAR 15.201(c). The government intends to use this notice as a means to determine possible sources for this proposed acquisition, communicate with our industry partners the acquisition strategy, plans for the upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP) and acquisition milestones. The acquisition strategy, plans for RFP and acquisition milestones are not final and may be subject to change. This notice does not constitute a solicitation nor is this notice a request for quotation or proposal. Any response will be treated as market research information only and shall not be used as a proposal. The responses however, may alter the proposed acquisition strategy. SMC/RN does not intend to pay for the information provided in response to this notice and will not reimburse any business for costs associated with responding to this notice.
