- Wing Rags and Coverall Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Solicitation FA4620-15-T-A110 is issued as a request for quotation. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 812331. The small business size standard is $32.5 Million. This solicitation is unrestricted. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and an additional written solicitation will not be issued. The Unit Small Business Professional is Michael P. Gilbert (509-247-4880); link to USAF Small Business, http://www.selltoairforce.org; link to SBA http://sba.gov. The Contractor shall provide all labor personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items and services necessary to lease, launder, repair, replace, and deliver/pickup linen in accordance witht the Statement of Work. (See Attachment 1). To assure timely and equitable evaluation of the proposal(s), the offeror must follow the instructions contained herein. The proposal(s) must be complete, self-sufficient, and respond directly to the requirements of this solicitation. The response shall consist of three (3) 1. Completed SF 1449 providing only the total price, and include individual line item pricing on the completed Pricing Schedule (See Attachment 1), 2. Description/specifications for each of the items (coveralls, rags, mats, etc.), and 3. Signed SF 30 Amendments (if applicable). The CLIN structure (including options), quantities and units of measure, delivery dates/periods of performance, places of delivery/service, and acceptance and FOB are listed in the attached SF 1449. All provisions and clauses including 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items are listed in the attached 1449. The Contracting Officer (CO) has determined there is a high probability of adequate price competition in this acquisition. Upon examination of the initial offers, the CO will review this determination and if, in the CO's opinion, adequate price competition exists, no additional cost information will be requested and certification under FAR 15.406-2 will not be required. However, if at any time during this competition the CO determines that adequate price competition no longer exists offerors may be required to submit information other than cost or pricing data to support a determination of price reasonableness. The final date for the receipt of questions is 2 September 2015. The quote due date/time are listed on page 1 of the attached 1449.
