Description

Amendment 01 SITE VISIT INFORMATION: An organized site visit has been scheduled for: Monday 31 August 2015 at 9:00 a.m. (CST). Participants will meet at - 1655 Selfridge Ave.; Bldg. 5450 Joint Base San Antonio - Lackland Interested parties must send a request to Andrew S. Sorensen by email at andrew.sorensen.1@us.af.mil or phone call at (210) 671-0068 NOT LATER THAN Friday, 28 January 2014 at 12:00 noon CST. The request should include the following information: 1) Name(s) of the individuals who will be in attendance 2) D.O.B. 3) Identification Number/State Issued (State or Federal issued Identification such as Driver's License, State Identification, or U.S. Passport) 4) Vehicle Information (License plate state and number) This information will be used to obtain base access passes and safeguarded IAW procedures outlined in the Privacy Act of 1974 and DoD 5400.11R. It is the attendee's responsibility to arrive at the visitor's center with sufficient time to process your pass and arrive to our office on time; be sure to allow at least 60 minutes for pass processing. Departure to the site visit will not be delayed to await for other parties, except at the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
