Place of Performance Provision ACH Vendor Payment Form Business Management Questionnaire Specification CID A A 50013G Solicitation Document & Cover Letter CT2197-15 This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and the solicitation will be available at the Federal Business Opportunities website. The solicitation number is CT2197-15 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-80. The North American Industry Classification System code is 313240 - Knit Fabric Mills, the SBA small business size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is SET-ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a one (1) year firm-fixed price Requirements type contract with two (2) options for the following commercial item: T-Shirt fabric, olive green, 100% cotton tubular knit, various widths for use in the manufacture of undershirts, quarter-sleeve to be worn by military personnel of the Department of Defense.
