- A site visit has been scheduled for 3 Sept 2015, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Mountain Standard Time) at Kirtland Air Force Base, NM. All interested vendors must email Mr. Terry Mest, Contract Specialist, of attendance by 28 August 2015, 1:00 pm (Mountain Standard Time). Please arrive at the Truman Gate by 7:00a.m. (Mountain Standard Time) to ensure all required paperwork is in order to access Kirtland AFB. Please note the site visit will encompass all six buildings from solicitation F2K3AP5212A101TLM and F2K0AC5042A102TLM. Please ensure that the person driving has a valid and current driver's license, car insurance and registration. IN ADDITION: Please review the attached AFRL Access Form and the SMC Visitor Request form for required access to the building. The process must be completed at least 3 days prior to the scheduled day. If this is not completed in time, access to required buildings may not be granted. Mest by 28 August 2015, 1:00 pm (Mountain Standard Time): Solicitation Number Vendor Name Full Name, Date of Birth, and Last 4 of Social Security Number for each Visitor Point of Contact Phone Number Email Questions at site visit are to be emailed to Terry.Mest.1@us.af.mil by 31 August 2015 1:00 PM MST.
