Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Service requires a pipe network cleaning of water supply lines within the Baumholder Military Community by applying the impulse flushing procedure. Flushing work shall be performed in 6 (six) stages each of which will in turn cover a distance of approximately 400 to 4,500 meters. The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price service Contract. The performance period is 90 calendar days from the date of contract award. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by the Theater Contracting Center, Kaiserslautern. Work will be performed in Germany and the contractor must comply with current applicable German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany).
