Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W91ZLK-15-R-0048, and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541380. This solicitation will start on August 27, 2015 and will end on September 8, 2015 at 4:00 pm Eastern Time, or as otherwise posted at http://www.fbo.gov. (FedBizOpps.Gov). This requirement is for the purchase of: Analysis of Source Emissions Testing Samples. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract, to include a Base Year and Option Years One (1) and Two (2). See CLIN structure below, the Performance Work Statement and the Schedule of Services Air Admissions Spread Sheet attached to this posting under Additional documentation. All interested vendors must respond by Tuesday September 8, 2015 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The lowest price technically acceptable source selection process will be followed. The cost, if any, for providing this data shall be entered into the space provided at this CLIN. If no direct cost is associated with providing the data, enter quote mark No Cost quote mark.
