Description

Request for Quote - Polaris MRZR-4 (Or Equal) Request for Quote Polaris MRZR-4 (Or Equal) (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested. (ii) This combined synopsis/solicitation reference number is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and the reference number is FA4686-15-Q-0019. Written quotes are required (oral offers will NOT be accepted). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2015-83, effective 3 August 2015. (iv) The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336112. The Standard Industry Code (SIC) is 3711. The size standard as described by the U.S. Small Business Administration for this procurement is 1000 employees. Small Business determination and tax identification numbers shall be submitted with quotes. (v) The United States Air Force, 9th Contracting Squadron, Beale AFB, California, intends to award a brand name or equal commodity contract In Accordance With (IAW) the description below.
