Description

DLA Maritime, Pearl harbor, intends to procure the following Rotational Deployment Mechanism(RDM) in support of Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and intermediate Maintenance Facility. This procurement will be under other than full and open competitive circumstances. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: https://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or FAXed. Electronic submission of proposals/quotes is not available at this time. ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES MAY SUBMIT A BID, PROPOSAL OR QUOTATION WHICH SHALL BE CONSIDERED BY DLA MARITIME. To be negotiated on a sole source basis with Curtiss-Wright EMD per FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
