- This synopsis was originally posted on August 25, 2015 is being modified to DELETE All projects submitted must be performed as the Prime contractor. And to ADD If submitting past performance/experience on a project in the role of a subcontractor, include the Prime Contractor's name and a quantifiable amount (percentage) of the project your company contributed to the overall scope of work. Prime Contractor experience is preferred but not required. All other information remains unchanged.
