Synopsis: THIS NOTIFICATION IS TO CANCEL THE SOLICITATION ANNOUNCED UNDER VA268-15-Q-0126. RESPONSES IN ANY FORM ARE NOT OFFERS AND THE GOVERNMENT IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT AS A RESULT OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. NO BASIS FOR CLAIMS SHALL ARISE AS A RESULT OF A RESPONSE TO THIS CANCELLATION OR THE USE OF SUCH INFORMATION AS EITHER PART OF THE EVALUATION PROCESS OR IN DEVELOPING SPECIFICATIONS FOR ANY SUBSEQUENT REQUIREMENT. NO PROPOSALS SHALL BE ACCEPTED IN CONJUNCTION FOR THIS CANCELLATION. CANCELLATION OF SOLICITATION IS EFFECTIVE 1430PM, 8/28/2015.
