This item is Source-Restricted to the above company and the award is expected to be made to that company. Boeing has a Basic Order Agreement (BOA) established with the Government so a Letter RFP will be issued to Boeing and no Solicitation will be issued to DIBBS unless additional inquiries are made to the Acquisition Specialist. This requirement was authorized by purchase request 0059782395 and solicit as Unrestricted for CAGE 8V613, Boeing Helicopter Co. A Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-15-R-2513, issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract; on NSN 1560-01-162-5034, Panel, Armor, Aircraft for 19 each. Item is not commercial item nor Export Controlled applies. Item is not Critical Application neither is Critical/Flight Safety (ACSI) as of 08/25/15. Item is in accordance with Basic DWG 7-511930111-001 Rev "C" CAD; Part Number 7-511930111-001 requirements. DLA Aviation Richmond does not own the right to the data. Required delivery is 490 days after received order, based on the historical PLT (654) as the delivery objective for production. Contractor First Article and Production Lot Ballistics Testing on 6 units requirement to submit at 120 DARO, additional 45 days for government testing & evaluation and request 655 days total delivery for production units. Delivery requested at FOB Point @ Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin.
