- Single Source Justification NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The 633rd Contracting Office, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA 23665, hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Freeport Technologies Inc., Herndon, Virginia under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). Market research has revealed that the hardware, software and support from Freeport Technologies Inc., are available from no other source. Other vendor products are unable to meet all the requirements currently fulfilled by Freeport Technologies' AMX controller. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
