- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. APG-ADL-B.5152.206-4400 INTENT TO SOLICIT ONLY ONE SOURCE (FEB 2015) The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government is soliciting and negotiating with only one source under the authority of, FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The name of the company the Government intends to award a contract to is Keyence Corporation of America 669 River Drive Suite 403 Elmwood Park NJ 07407. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received prior to the closing date and time of this solicitation. (ii) The solicitation number is _W911QX-15-T-0337. This acquisition is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83. (iv) The associated NAICS code is 333314. The small business size standard is 500 Employees. (v) The following is a list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure, (including option(s), if applicable): Quantity one (1) CMOS/GaN-LED (Gallium Nitride-Light Emitting Diode) Micrometer System to include: Four (4) CMOC/GaN-LED Micrometer Sensor Heads (PN: LS-9030M) Four (4) Cable for Displacement Sensors (PN: CB-B3) Two (2) CMOS/GaN-LED Micrometer Controllers (PN: LS-9501) Two (2) CMOS/GaN-LED Micrometer Extension Units (PN: LS-HA-100) One (1) CMOS/GaN-LED Micrometer PC Software (PN: LS-H2) (vi) Description of requirements: See section (v) (vii) Delivery is required by NLT 14 Days ARO. Delivery shall be made to 321 Colleran Road Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005. Acceptance shall be performed at Aberdeen Proving Ground. FOB point is Destination (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The following addenda have been attached to this provision: ___NONE__.
