Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) (sole-source), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the City of Boise, ID - Fire Department for fire protection services at the Boise VA Medical Center. NAICS 922160 (Fire Protection) applies. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding Contractor can provide fire protection services to the Boise VA Medical Center. Responses must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. PST on 3 Sept 2015. All responses must be e-mailed to Ross.Byrne@va.gov.
