- The Army Contracting Command - Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) under the authority cited - The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and No other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; any offers will be considered; however, it is the Government's intent to award a sole-source purchase order to METAVR. The SED Project's requires one MetaVR Continental US plus Alaska and Hawaii (CONUS++) 3D Terrain Data Set to support customer Out-the-Window (OTW) requirements. Any parties that feel they can meet this requirement should contact Cassandra Patton via email at cassandra.d.patton2.civ@mail.mil No later than September 1, 2015 at 8:00 AM (CST). The Government intends to award a sole source contract to METAVR. Please see attached documents.
