Description

FOR INFORMATION PUROSES ONLY: The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15 intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(f (1)(A) - FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency's requirements, to PraxAir HealthCare Services Inc.. In anticipation of a national BPA set to be in place by 1st quarter of FY16, PraxAir, is the current contract holder under VA255-P-1291 which is set to expire on Aug 31st 2015. They will continue to provide services until such contract is set in place. The government intends to solicit this requirement on or around the 19h of august 2015. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotes. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Phone calls will not be accepted.
