"Or Equal Item" specs must meet: Heater 1 (W3048) - Medium wave heaters, overall 61.25" long x 8" wide, 3000 Watts, 480V, single quartz element, cold rolled steel, powder coated with mounting brackets. Two ¼" mounting holes are located on each end of the heater. The distance between all 4 holes are 60.1875" apart in the horizontal direction (critical) and 4" in the vertical direction. The IR fixtures has 120 degree reflector. The height of the heater shall not exceed 9.375" high. Heater 2 (W4048) - Medium wave heaters, overall 61.25" long x 8" wide, 4000 Watts, 480V, single quartz element, cold rolled steel, powder coated with mounting brackets. Fan Assembly 1 - Fan assembly consist of two 120V with less than 1 amp fans that can be used in either direction with roughly 240 CFM of output at 600 lineal feet per minutes from each blower. Mounting shall be located on the back side so that the unit will face the objects when mounted. The mounting pattern shall be in the center of the body with a bolt pattern 2.5" in the horizontal direction (x) 1.5" in the vertical. Custom Control 1, UL Listed oven control panel, 126KW, 200 Amp, 480V 3ph to control thirty six of Heater 1, sixteen fans, and, two S9000 infrared unit, described above. Lamps are @ 480V, and fans are at 120V. The zone configuration will be as follows: ZONE 1: - 12 - W3048 IR Heaters, 6 - speed dry fans ZONE 2: - 12 - W3048 IR Heaters, 5 - speed dry fans ZONE 3: - 12 - W3048 IR Heaters, 3 - speed dry fans ZONE 4: - 2 - S9000 (480V) IR units, 2 speed dry fans mounted to lamps. Once the zones are selected the timer and intensity controls are set. Each zone is monitored by a 1 to 1 non-contact thermocouple sensor and communicates with a PID controller that gives a digital temperature read out and controls the heat insuring paint to not blister. PID controls will include selector switch to bypass and use manual intensity control. Custom Control 2, UL Listed Oven Control Panel, 160KW, 250 Amp, 480V 3ph. Custom Control controls forty Heater 2. This controller will control eight zones with five IR heaters per zone. Each zone has to function independently. This controller will have timers, intensity adjustment, and PID thermo-sensor for each zone. Each zone has an on/off switch with lamps on the panel that is illuminate when the zone is on. Once the zones are selected the timer and intensity controls are set. Each zone is monitored by a 5 to 1 non-contact thermocouple sensor and communicates with a PID controller that gives a digital temperature read out and controls the heat insuring paint to not blister.
