- U.S. GOVERNMENT The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Texas City: Austin Delineated Area: North : Starting at the intersection of W. Rundberg Lane and N. Lamar Blvd. and traveling in an easterly direction along W. Rundberg Lane to the intersection of E. Rundberg Lane and Cameron Rd.; East : From the intersection of E. Rundberg Lane and Cameron Rd. and traveling in a southerly direction to the intersection of Cameron Rd. and E. 51 st Street; South : From the intersection of Cameron Rd. and E. 51 st Street and traveling in a westerly direction to the intersection of W. 51 st Street and N. Lamar Blvd.; West : From the intersection of W. 51 st Street and N. Lamar Blvd and traveling in a northerly direction to the intersection of W. Rundberg Lane and N. Lamar Blvd. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,580 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,580 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 1 Parking Spaces (Surface): 1 reserved for government vehicle Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Renewal Option: None Additional Requirements: Contiguous space is required. Government shall have access to the space 24/7/365 Agency cannot be located near businesses determined as unacceptable by Agency. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Action: for fbo postings, insert the following language only for potential sole source succeeding lease actions. Delete for procurement summary page. Expressions of interest must include name, address, and telephone number of the individual to be contacted, and evidence of authority to represent the owner. Also include the following: · Building name and address and location of the available space within the building; and · Rentable Square Feet (RSF) available, and expected rental rate per RSF, fully serviced; and · ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any; and · Date of space availability; and · Building ownership information; and · Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking, if any; and · Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building; and · List of building services provided.
