Description

AGENCY: Veteran's Health Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs NOTICE TYPE: SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE Background and Purpose: The New York Harbor Healthcare System, Manhattan Campus requires temporary parking spots for the performance period of September 30, 2015 - February 29, 2016. Contractor will provide parking spots to accommodate twenty-four (24) hours of coverage. Parking spots for cars, minivans and SUVs shall be maintained within one (1) location/facility for 110 vehicles. The parking location should not be further than five (5) city blocks from the medical facility. Parking Spots Availability: Day Time (6am through 6pm) - 85 spots Evening (6pm through 6am) - 25 spots The vendor must assure flexibility between day, night, and weekend parking to accommodate VA staff. This flexibility will include unilateral increases of evening parking which will maintain the total requested 110 parking spots. This agreement will also allow the VA to have multiple staff on different tours using a single spot as long as no more than 110 spots are used on a single day. The VA will be allowed to submit as many parking permits as needed as long as no more than 110 parking spots are used on a single day. Location: New York Harbor Health Care System Manhattan Campus 423 East 23rd Street New York NY 10010-5011 Responses to this notice must be submitted in writing to Brian.Richardson@va.gov referencing the requirement and must be received not later than September 3, 2015 at 5:00PM. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Interested parties must provide company/individual name, description of services available, DUNS number, address, point of contact and social-economic status verification. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification/socioeconomic status (service-disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, women owned small business, HUB Zone, 8(a), small business or large business). Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions.
