- Please see actual closing date on solicitation. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. Tentative solicitation will be issued approximately Jun 2015. The date, time and meeting place for the pre-proposal conference will be identified in the solicitation. The Contractor shall furnish all plans, labor, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary for Access to Care Services to include but not limited to administrative support services to Primary Care Manager (PCM) teams and beneficiaries to ensure daily functions associated with patient appointing, patient records management, and consult tracking for the Primary Care Clinics. The Contractor shall provide services for the 18th Medical Group, also referred to as the "medical treatment facility" (MTF). The solicitation number is FA5270-15-R-0018. Performance to begin on 01 Oct 2015 for one (1) basic year plus four (4) option years. Note: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan.
