CLIN 0001 Statement of Work CLIN 0001 Spreadsheet of Items DEPARTMENT OF THE AIR FORCE HEADQUARTERS 36TH WING (PACAF) ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, GUAM Global Power for America Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs incurred as a result of this request for quote. 28 August 2015 MEMORANDUM FOR ALL INTERESTED PARTIES FROM: 36 CONS/LGCB Bldg 22026 Unit 14040 Andersen AFB, Yigo, GU 96929 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. FA5240-15-Q-M021 for office furniture is hereby issued as a request for quotes. 3. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83. 4. This solicitation has been set for a total small business set aside under the 337214 NAICS Code, with a small business size standard of 500 Employees. 5. The government request quotes for the following items; CLIN DESCRIPTION QTY 0001 Office Furniture (See Attachment) all items brand name or equal 1 Each 6. The government requests that all items be delivered 30 days ADC/ARO to Andersen AFB. If this delivery schedule cannot be met, the contractor must specify the proposed delivery schedule in the quote. 7. FAR 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. 8. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The evaluation factors are as follows; (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1) Price 9. FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. This means that the contractor must have a valid Representations and Certifications filed in the System for Award Management (SAM) or provide the government a completed copy of the record. 10. Quotes are due back to the government NO LATER THAN 14 September 2015 at 8:00 AM Chamorro Standard Time. 14. SITE VISIT: A site visit will be held on September 2, 2015 at 9:00 AM ChST. Contractors planning to attend the site visit shall notify A1C Demarquis Bell no later than September 1, 2015 at 4:00 PM ChST. Contractors who do not notify A1C Demarquis Bell of their planned attendance prior to 4:00 PM ChST September 1, 2015 will not attend the site visit. The meeting location/time for the site visit shall be the at the Andersen AFB Visitor's Center at 8:30 AM to escort those contractors that do not already have access to the base. 15. RFIs: Requests for information are due NO LATER THAN 7 Sept, 2015 at 12:00 PM ChST. 16. Any quotes or questions may be emailed to A1C Demarquis Bell, demarquis.bell@us.af.mil.
