MODIFIED TO ADD INCUMBENT INFORMATION AS FOLLOWS: W91YTV-11-P-0139 $266,048.20 (Base plus Four) AIRGAS USA, LLC 2015 VAUGHN RD BLDG 400 KENNESAW GA 30144-7802 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concerns (SDVOSBC), under size standard 1000 and NAICS code 325120. The Government anticipates awarding a single award for this supply requirement to provide Medical Grade Liquid Bulk Oxygen for Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, 30905.
