Description: Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) MULTIPLE-AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT (MATOC) TASK ORDER PROPOSAL REQUEST (TOPR) For Specialty Construction Work at VA Central California Health Care System (VACCHCS) PRESOLICITATION NOTICE VA Central California Health Care System (VACCHCS) 2615 E Clinton Ave Fresno, CA 93703 DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS NETWORK CONTRACTING OFFICE 21 (NCO 21) Description: THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR A TASK ORDER PROPOSAL REQUEST (TOPR). Proposals shall only be requested and accepted from contractors who were awarded a Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 (VISN 21) Multiple-Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). The scope of this project is Specialty Work as part of the Renovate 7th Floor Building 1 project at the VA hospital campus located at 2615 E. Clinton Ave, Fresno, CA - approximately 17,900 gross square feet. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including general and custom construction, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for Specialty Work as required by drawings and specifications. Contractor shall furnish management, supervision, labor, transportation, tools, equipment and materials. Solicitation Number VA261-15-R-1176 for this effort will be posted to FedBizOpps (www.fedbizopps.gov) on or about September 1, 2015. This solicitation will contain all necessary specifications, drawings and other information necessary to bid the project. A proposal conference and site visit shall be held at the VA Central California Health Care System (VACCHCS) tentatively scheduled September 10, 2015. (See solicitation when available for specific date/time/location of site visit). The purpose of the event is to provide industry with information and an opportunity to visit the site of the projects for which proposals shall be solicited. Additionally, these events serve to encourage industry participation and afford potential offerors additional information through a question and answer session prior to proposal submission. Bids are tentatively scheduled to be due on Thursday September 17, 2015 (see solicitation when available for specific time/date). Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects: The estimated cost of the total project is expected to be between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Point of Contact: Denise R.
