- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W81K00-15-T-0379 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83 and Defense Federal Acquisition Supplement Publication (DPN) 20150826. This acquisition is issued under full and open competition under NAICS code 339114 and size standard is 500. The Government anticipates awarding a single award issued as a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. The requirement of this solicitation is to provide the items listed from Ivoclar Vivadent, Inc. as shown in the attached table for the US Army Dental Lab at Fort Gordon Georgia. Items consist of 2 each 676195EU Zenotec Mini Basic Mill, training and installation, 2 each 665067EN Zenotec Cyclone, 3 each 676281 Removables LIC. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which may be considered by the agency.
