Description

J&A for AN/SPS-75 Radar Spares This is a synopsis only; a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has a requirement on a sole source basis to procure Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) replacement parts (spares) for the National Security Cutters (NSCs) AN/SPS-75 (TRS-3D) Radar. The USCG intends to solicit and negotiate with Airbus Defense and Space, Inc. on a basis other than full and open competition under the authority of 10 U.S. C 2304(c)(1), Other Than Full and Open Competition, as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies Or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Airbus Defense and Space, Inc 2550 Wasser Terrace, Suite 9000 Herndon, VA 20171 All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered.
