This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice/Request For Quotation (RFQ). Quotations are being requested in response to the attached 23703 The RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations. Instructions to Offeror's are contained within the RFQ. FBO should be monitored often for updates to this RFQ.
