Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 624190. This procurement is being set aside 100% for Native American Owned businesses in accordance with the Buy Indian Act Regulations/Notice of Indian small business Economic Enterprise set aside 1452.280-1 (DIAR Clause) BIE anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract as a result of the Request of Proposal for Title IX Coordinator in Lawrence, KS. NOTE: THIS IS A SHORT LEAD-TIME DUE TO URGENT NEED. The Contractor will provide or facilitates ongoing training on Title IX for all students, faculty and staff. As outlined in the attached statement of work. The base period of performance (POP) shall be from October 2015 to September 30, 2016 with two option periods. The government plans to make a single contract award. Proposals shall include the following pricing schedule utilizing your most competitive and reasonable rate: 1. Services Base year 10/2015 - 09/30/2016 Title IX Coordinator services x $_________________ per month = $___________________ 2. Option Year One (10/01/2016 - 09/30/2017) Title IX Coordinator services x $_________________ per month = $___________________ 3. Option Year Two (10/01/2017 - 09/30/2018) Title IX Coordinator services x $_________________ per month = $___________________ The selected contractor must successfully pass an extensive Federal background investigation. Contractor should submit a proposal, not to exceed 10 pages, documentation that shows compliance with the evaluation criteria established under FAR Clause 52.212-2. The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical Capability and Past Performance, price factor should also include qualifications cited in the Statement of Work. All Contractors submitting quotes must be registered in SAM www.sam.gov in order to receive contracts and purchase orders from the Federal Government pursuant to FAR Clause 52.204-7.
