Description

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center is seeking an entity to provide Floor Mat Rental Exchange Service at the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center, 1500 Weiss Street, Saginaw, Michigan 48602, including Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center Campus Buildings One (1) and 22, and the Veterans Readjustment Counseling Center, 5360 Hampton Place, Saginaw, Michigan 48604. Performance shall be in accordance with the requirements contained in the solicitation Statement of Work (SOW) and Price/Cost Schedule. The contract is for the period of the Date of Award through September 30, 2016, plus four (4) one (1) year option(s) period(s) (if exercised). The VISN 11 Contracting Office anticipates entering into a Fixed Price contract that can provide the best value to the Government. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 812332 with a business size standard of $38.5 million. This acquisition will be made according to FAR Part 12 and 13. All potential bidders MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and show as 'Active'. The Registration in SAM is a requirement in order to conduct business with the Federal Government. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities website https://www.fedbizopps.gov. No Fax or email Bid Packages shall be accepted. The solicitation will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website on or about September 2, 2015. NOTE: No phone, fax or email inquiries will be taken for this Pre-Solicitation Notice.
