- This is a Presolicitation Notice for Building 2008 Renovation on JBSA Lackland AFB, TX. Please see attachment for further information. This is a solicitation for Building 2008 Renovation. Attached is the solicitation and 14 attachments. Site Visit: When - 28 August 2015 at 1:00pm CST Where - Building 5450, 502d Contracting Squadron 1655 Selfridge Ave JBSA Lackland, TX 78236 **Please arrive 15 minutes early so we may follow over to building 2008. We will be leaving promptly at 1:00pm CST.** If you plan to attend the site visit, you must send your Full Name, Date of Birth, License Number/ID Number and State, and Company Name. Failure to submit proper information by 27 August 2015 at 3:00pm will result in the individual's denial of access to base. **Questions will be due no later than 03 September 2015 at 2:00pm CST. Any questions received after this deadline will not receive an answer.**
