This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.The solicitation number is N0003815RC02082 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83-2. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334614 with a small business size standard of 750.00 employees.This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified offerors may submit quotes.The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2015-09-08 17:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com.FOB Destination shall be CAMP H.M. SMITH, HI 96861 The FLC - Pearl Harbor requires the following items, Exact Match Only, to the following: LI 001: BRAND NAME ONLY - CONCEPT SEARCHING; PART NUMBER CS-PS-INSTALL. DESCRIPTION: Installation Configuration and optimization services to include: Professional Services consisting of Concept Searching Software Subject Matter expertise to provide technical support and knowledge transfer to include troubleshooting & problem resolution for an existing instantiation of Concept Searching metadata and classification / workflow software suite which resides in a DoD SIPRnet environment.. This technical support and knowledge transfer will include; consulting, taxonomy creation, modification, configuration and integration with the current and future versions of Microsoft SharePoint software that is in use in a DoD SIPRnet environment. In addition the services will include assisting the DoD organization support team in the most effective and efficient ways in the creation, testing, implementation and sustainment of workflows utilizing the Concept Searching Workflow manager software. The support will also provide for full reach back to the Concept Searching software developers to assist with the implementation of software patches and new version releases. 144 each quantity of this part number., 1, ea; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing quotes, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction.
