- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20150826. NAICS is 331511. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be followed. Edwards AFB, CA AFTC/PZIEB, intends to solicit, negotiate and award a requirement for Total Small Business Set-Aside (100%) on the purchase of Cast Iron Test Weights requirement: Four (4) each Cast Iron Test Weights for the following: 9,100 lbs cast iron test weights unused in the inspection of a MHU-196/204 munitions trailer per Technical Orders 11N-H5083-2-1, 11N-H5083-6WC, and 11N-H5068-2. Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis.
