- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W912JV-15-T-4101 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-55. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 333911 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; CLIN 0001 - Oxygen Gas Booster Model HIHPG2-21239 which includes the following optional equipment: 1.Inlet & outlet hose kits 2.Four (4) port outlet manifold 3.Gas inlet & outlet Quick Couplings (QD) Salient characteristics: Motor rating : 2 HP Weight 145lbs Inlet pressure range: 300-3000 psig Operating pressure range: 300-3000 psig Noise level at 3 ft: 60 db(A) Current @ 115 Volts, 1-Phase, 60-Hz: 24 Amps Delta temperature (gas outlet vs. ambient): 15-25 Farenheit Overall dimensions (L x W x H): 32x20x11 inches Cooling method: Air-Cooled Automatic stop & restart high pressure limit control FACTORY pre-set to 3000-psig (adjustable) Automatic stop & restart low pressure limit control FACTORY pre-set to 300-psig (adjustable) Manual start & stop switch Safety relief valve set @ 3200-psi Gas inlet pressure reducing regulator to control safe fill rates Bypass line with on/off valve (needle type) O2 cleaned to MIL-STD 1330D with certification Double acting configuration Inlet & outlet pressure gauges (calibrated with certs) Hour meter with 6-digits Sealed ball bearings Inlet & outlet 5-micron filters Outlet and bleed QTY: 2 Unit of Issue: Each CLIN 0002 - Shipping of two oxygen boosters FOB destination in wooden or pvc crate for each booster QTY: 2 (1 crate for each booster/pump) Unit of Issue: Each FOB: Destination for delivery to: 6801 NE Cornfoot Rd, Portland Oregon 97218. Items shall be received (12 Weeks ADC) The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal, FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items and award will be made to the lowest priced quotation that meets the physical, functional, and performance criteria outlined in CLIN 0001 and CLIN 0002, FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications --Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items. DFARS 252.212-7000 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items DFARS 252-212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement Statutes or Executive Orders applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items.
