- Modification to solicitation to change quantity from 0 to 2 in SLIN 1004 Army Contracting Command NJ -Fort Dix is issuing this Solicitation for custodial services, Bedford, VA for a period of 12 months from date of award, with three-one year option periods. Target start date is estimated at 15 September 2015. The government intends to award a single firm fixed price purchase order as a result of the solicitation. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, safety equipment,materials and supervision necessary to perform all tasks as defined and stated in the performance work statement in accomplishing custodial services, which includes weekly,semi monthly, monthly,semi annual and annual custodial services.In addition, Specifications/performance work statement will be included in the solicitation. This is a commercial acquisition. This solicitation is a request for quote and is issued as unrestricted with a primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 561720. The entire solicitation will be made available on or about 20 August 2015 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil and www.fedbizops.gov. The required response date will be stated in the solicitation, Block 8. Please note the response date listed with this pre-solicitation notice is not the actual due date. The actual due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in SAM (System for Award Management), https://www.sam.gov in order to transact business with the government.
