Description

AMENDMENT 0003 / STATEMENT OF WORK Specifications The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Aviation Division Center (AOC) has a requirement for stucco repair and exterior painting services at the AOC building located at 2300 Horizon Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76177. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) DJD-15-Q-0143 is prepared as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238320, Painting and Wall Covering Contractors with a size standard of $15 Million. The Government intends to issue a single, firm fixed price purchase order in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items. This solicitation is full and open competition. Wage Determination 2005-2513 applies to this requirement and is attached. AMENDMENT 0003 SUPERSEDES ALL PREVIOUS AMENDMENTS. ALL QUOTATION SUBMITTALS SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH AMENDMENT 0003. SEE ATTACHMENTS.
