- This acquisition is being issued in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.1. This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; with the solicitation number, N00189-15-T-Q186 issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center “ Norfolk, Mechanicsburg, PA has a brand name requirement for Manage Engine Service Desk. The requirement sheet is attached. The NAICS code for this requirement is 511210. A firm-fixed price purchase order will be issued. The offeror shall provide a FFP amount for each item required. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83, effective 3 Aug 2015. Responses to this solicitation must be received no later than 5:00 pm EST on Friday, September 4, 2015 and shall be sent via email to amy.rich@navy.mil.
