- Description
- The United States Government currently occupies office space in a building under lease in Quincy MA that will be expiring. The Government is seeking to lease approximately 7268 of contiguous rentable square feet of office space. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 6922 contiguous ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (ABOAF). The lease term requirement is for ten (10) years, (7) firm. The space must be available for occupancy by 9/1/2016. Office space should be withing the specified delineated area below. North Dimmock St, Huntley Rd, Russell Park, Southern Artery West: Presidents Lane East: Revere Rd, Spear St. Coddington Street South: Granite Street, Hancock Street The building must meet the Federal Governments standards for fire and life safety and be capable of being fully handicapped accessible in accordance with ABBAS guidelines. The space must be capable of meeting the Governnments security requirements. Space shall be located within prime commercial disctrict (within the delineated area specificed above) with attractive, prestigous, professional surroundings with a prevelance of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Building must have sufficient public parking nearby. The offered space shall provide for an efficient layout, meeting all the requirements of the Request for Lease Proposal package. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make general offering of space. In instances where the Offeror is respresenting more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of the owner.
