- FA3099-15-T-0015 Manual spin and relief reel grinder, solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number "FA3099-15-T-0015" is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) using FAR Subpart 13.1 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% small business set aside, and is under North American Industry Classification System code 333999 with a small business size standard of 500 Employees. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83 effective 03 August 2015, the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Change Notice 20150826 effective 26 August 2015, and the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFFARS) Acquisition Circular 2015-0406 effective 6 April 2015. Notice to offeror(s)/supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offer for any costs. Quotes are due No Later Than 4:30 PM Central Standard Time on 15 September 2015.
