- The Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground, Tenant Division, Supplies and Services Branch (ACC-APG TD),6001 Combat Drive, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005, in support of the U.S. Army Garrison Military Personnel Office (MPO), Directorate of Human Resources, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, requires the extension of Task Order W91ZLK-11-F-0139 for Military Personnel Support Services at Aberdeen Proving Ground. The government intends to noncompetitively extend task order W91ZLK-11-F-0139 final option year, Option Year 3 (OY3) for an additional 6 months under the authority of Order Against Federal Supply Schedules FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(C) Limited Sources in the interest of economy and efficiency, the new work is a logical follow-on to the original task order. The original order was placed in accordance with the applicable Federal Supply Schedule ordering procedures. The original order was not previously issued under sole-source or limited-sources procedures. The ACC-APG TD awarded task order W91ZLK-11-F-0139 to SERCO Inc., 1818 Library Street, STE 1000, Reston, VA 20190-6276. This task order was awarded against SERCO's General Service Administration (GSA) Contract GS-02F-0182P. Task Order W91ZLK-11-F-0139 was awarded for a 3 year period (Base + 2 Option Years), approximate value is $3,966,323.91. Task order W91ZLK-11-F-0139 provides essential non-personal Military Personnel Support services to the U.S. Army Garrison Military Personnel Office (MPO), Directorate of Human Resources, Aberdeen Proving Ground and their APG customers. This task order is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) effort. Interested persons may identify their interest in writing, to the Government point of contract no later than 4:30 PM Eastern Time, September 10, 2015. All responses received within 10 calendar days after the date of publication of this notice, will be considered by the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
