- Request for Quotes The Regional Contracting Office, National Capital Region, Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA currently has a requirement for IT Training services in support of Marine Corps University (MCU). This is a otential Purchase Order, firm-fixed price award. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS CODE 511210 $35.5 MIL size standard. All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management( www.sam.gov ).
