- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs Lebanon VA Medical Center, 1700 S. Lincoln Avenue, Lebanon PA 17042, has a requirement to procure services for building safety analysis.. The Government intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) and award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to a responsible offeror whose proposal constitutes the lowest price technically acceptable to the Government using procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 15.101-2. This acquisition will be 100% set-aside for Small Businesses only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541350 with a small business size standard of $7.5 million. All interested and responsible parties may submit a quote following solicitation release. The solicitation number is VA244-15-Q-1393. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website by COB September 1, 2015. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (http://www.sam.gov) and complete online Representations and Certifications at (http://www.sam.gov). See FAR Clause 52.204-7.
